Canada Travel 

**In accordance with USDA requirements, the Minnesota Board of Animal Health requires an International certificate of Veterinary inspection, a current rabies certificate, and a microchip. This appointment needs to be done at least 10 days prior to departure. 
(These documents are in addition to the CDC Dog Import Form) 


**
International Certificates of Veterinary Inspection are valid for 30 days after the date they are issued.
